You are invited to voluntarily take part in this research activity. Please read the information below before participating. 诚邀你自愿参与本研究活动。参与前请先阅读以下内容。

Purpose目的

This activity,run by Luminous at this UTAR event,collects mobile-captured touchless fingerprint images to support research on fingerprint image processing,enhancement and touchless fingerprint analysis. 本活动由 Luminous 在此次 UTAR 活动中开展，采集手机拍摄的非接触式指纹图像，用于在指纹图像处理、增强与非接触式指纹分析方面的研究。

Procedure流程

You will photograph your own fingertips using your phone's camera and upload them through this form. 你将用手机相机拍摄自己的指尖，并通过此表单上传。

Risk风险

There are no physical risks. You only provide fingerprint images,and you may skip any step or stop at any time. 没有任何身体风险。你只需提供指纹图像，并可跳过任意步骤或随时停止。

Confidentiality & Data Storage保密与数据存储

• No personal information (name,student ID,email,phone number,or any photo of you) is collected — only fingerprint images. 不收集任何个人信息(姓名、学号、邮箱、电话或你的任何照片)——仅指纹图像。
• Each participant is identified only by a random code (e.g. P7f3a2). No link between this code and your identity is created or kept. 每位参与者仅以随机代码(如 P7f3a2)标识。不建立、也不保留此代码与你身份之间的关联。
• Images are treated as sensitive biometric data and stored in access-controlled storage accessible only to the research team. 图像作为敏感生物特征数据处理，存放于仅研究团队可访问的受控存储中。
• Data is used solely for research purposes and is not shared with any third party. 数据仅用于研究目的，不与任何第三方共享。
• Data will be retained for no more than one year and permanently deleted thereafter. 数据保留期不超过 一年，之后永久删除。
• Because submissions are anonymous,an uploaded set cannot be traced back to you individually afterwards. 由于提交是匿名的，上传后无法再将某一组数据单独追溯到你个人。

Your participation is completely voluntary. You may stop at any time,and you may choose not to submit. 你的参与完全自愿。你可随时停止，也可选择不提交。
